Driven by personal trials and a transformative journey across the globe, Maurisa Johnson founded Go4Fit Studio SKN with a divine mission to bring true wellness and spiritual renewal to the heart of St. Kitts. Her journey led her from world-class Pilates studios and luxury spas to advanced biohacking centers and holistic wellness retreats across continents.
Through these experiences, Maurisa came to understand that wellness is not just about the body it is about wholeness of the mind, body, and spirit. She witnessed how mindful movement, therapeutic touch, and holistic self-care can realign one’s energy and purpose. Deeply moved by the rise of preventable illnesses like diabetes and hypertension among young people, she felt called to be a vessel for change to awaken a community and restore faith in living well.
