What Is an Infrared Sauna?
Our infrared sauna uses gentle, radiant heat that penetrates the body more deeply than traditional saunas. It promotes relaxation, detoxification, muscle recovery, circulation, and overall wellness— at a lower, more comfortable temperature.
Infrared Sauna Temperature Guide
- Recommended Temperature Range: 110-140°F (45-60°C)
- Beginner Comfort Zone: 110-120°F (45-49°C)
- Experienced Users: 120-140°F (49-60°C) Infrared heat feels milder than traditional saunas, but it works deeply within the body, higher temperatures are not required for benefits.
Recommended Infrared Sauna
Session Time
- First-time users: 5-10 minutes
- Regular users: 10-20 minutes
- Maximum per session: 20-30 minutes
Staying longer does not increase benefits and may increase the risk of dehydration or overheating.
Suggested Use Frequency
2-4 sessions per week for general wellness Allow adequate hydration and recovery between sessions
Best Infrared Sauna Practices
For a safe and enjoyable experience, we recommend the following:
- Drink water before and after your session
- Shower or wipe down before entering
- Wear light clothing or use a towel
- Sit or lie on a towel at all times
