MOVEMENT CLASSES
Yoga My yoga classes are a vinyasa flow, with a primary focus on releasing tension in the body and joints, through rhythmic repetitive sequences synchronized to breath and sound. My style invites the participant inward to connect to their own body wisdom, regulate their nervous system and optimize heart coherence. Appropriate for all levels, including beginner. Classes run 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Dance
My Dance classes invite women into a movement practice that helps them release stress and call their energy back to themselves, by connecting to their feeling, sensual feminine power. Classes consist of a warm up, teaching of foundational movements, and also the allowance of intuitive explorative play. I will guide the participants to learn how to feel more fluidity and ease in their body and movements, through exercise that is joyful and expressive.
Appropriate for all levels, including beginner. Classes run 1 hour.

Somatic Sessions
Somatic sessions are one-on-one coaching sessions to support persons moving through stress, emotional or mental health challenges or trauma-based reactivity. The initial session aids the client in mapping their nervous system to heighten awareness of stress responses through the body's wisdom and subtle communication. Following sessions are focused on establishing releasing emotional burdens through somatic practices, and establishing safety in the body to express and return to equilibrium with more ease.
